My heart is ablaze to win lost souls for JESUS. As of Dec. 31 2008, we just finished 13 weeks of revivals seeing some 500 souls saved. To GOD be the glory. While conducting some 500 revivals over my 25 years of evagelism, I long to see the rekindling of the fire of prayer amoung our church leaders and members. May we all become believers who Brag on Jesus in the market place. God Bless, Dave & Diane Walton

LOOKING, LOOKING, FADING BACK. ARM COCKED BUT NO ONE TO THROW TO. I GUESS IT MUST BE TIME FOR...........
"MY GREATEST RUN"
The Tide quarterback sensing disaster if he remains in the pocket, twice reversed his field, being unable to locate an open receiver.
Suddenly he found himself on the right sideline with the most beautiful sight he'd ever seen. Nothing between him and the end zone but three of his own blockers to ward off any opponents foolish enough to try and interrupt his 64 yard run to glory!
Tied at 6-6 at the half, the 64 yard touchdown was all the edge the team needed to win the biggest game ever by the score of 13-12. MY GREATEST RUN!. WHAT A WIN!!
But nobody lives on the field all the time. Off the field I was no longer a winner. Hardly anyone knew that I was already a weekend drunk. The old excuse, peer pressure, was taking its toll on me and eventually destroyed my dream of a college scholarship.
The late Spartanburg Journal Sports Editor, Ed McGrath, wrote of our state championship team, "the classiest performer of them all guard and ball handler Dave Walton. Other high school sports writers honored me twice in their sports columns as Most Valuable Player in football.
To be a leader on the field is one thing but it takes a real man to stand up to his peers and say "no" to drugs, alcohol and sexual immorality. The truth of the matter, I was a liar, weekend drunk, and life was all about me.
I had brought great shame to my precious mom and dad. They were times that I wish that I was dead. My folks were very disappointed with me. I was trapped. I could see the problem, but finding the solution would take much longer.
I lost ten years of my life because of alcohol. The enemy wanted to tackle me and throw me for an eternal loss, but God had another idea.
A friend got a burden for me and began to pray for me. The burden became so heavy that he spent many days fasting and praying over my soul. He later invited me to church.
I found out that Jesus loved me and gave himself for me on the Cross. He died for my sin. I found out that God's love is real and true. Now I can say, with all honesty, that my greatest run took place not on the football field but on the battlefield of life where it really counts. I took God at his word and invited him into my heart and now the LORD JESUS is LORD of my life.
God is so good. The day I was saved was awesome. You see, my two sisters and my two brothers and my daddy were saved , all on the same day. God loves you and desires for you to live in heaven with him.
If you don't have Jesus, you'll never make it. Why not stop running right now? Receive the gift of eternal life. Invite Jesus into your heart, even now.
Pray this prayer...Lord Jesus, please forgive me for I am a sinner. Today I repent of my sins. I desire to to put my trust in you Jesus. I invite you into my heart to become my Lord and Savior. Thank you Lord for saving my soul today. I pray in Jesus name. Amen. JOHN 3:16, ROMANS 10:8-10.
Let's start your new life by attending church this Sunday and make it public on your decision to follow Jesus. ROMANS 1:16
